• compliance with the requirements of laws and legal acts as well as customers’ requirements regarding health and safety applicable in the production activity of our Company,
• systematic assessment of threats and occupational risk occurring in the Company, including analysis of threats resulting from technological processes carried out,
• continuous raising of staff awareness and commitment through employee training and informing about current initiatives,
• effective prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases by taking corrective and preventive actions,
• systematic inspections and monitoring of compliance with the principles of occupational health and safety, including the principle of “zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs”,
• continuous improvement of activities in health and safety topics, reduction of accidents at work and material losses caused by them,
• improving the image of ZAMET INDUSTRY Limited company limited partnership and the aesthetics of its surroundings,
• setting and updating goals and tasks arising from this Policy,
• ensuring adequate resources and means to implement this Policy,
• ensuring active participation of all employees in the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy in the Company,
• building a Health and Safety culture to achieve the “ZERO ACCIDENTS” goal.
