Personal data processing rules

In order to ensure safety of and respect for your rights, in particular the right to privacy, ZAMET INDUSTRY Limited Liability Company (ZAMET INDUSTRY) introduces the following policy and clarifies the rules for use, collection and processing of personal data. In personal data processing, ZAMET INDUSTRY abide by the following guidelines, complying with minimum one personal data processing conditions.

Personal data processing rules:

  • “processed lawfully”,
  • “collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with those purposes”,
  • “adequate, relevant and limited to what is required for the purposes, i.e. data minimisation”,
  • “correct and updated as required”,
  • “kept in a form enabling identification of the data subject for a period which shall not be longer that required for the purposes for which the data are processed”,
  • “processed in a manner ensuring adequate safety of personal data: protection against unauthorised or illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage with the application of adequate technical and organisational means’.

Personal data processing compliance with the law:

  • the data subject has expressed consent to the processing of their personal data for one or multiple specific purposes;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
  • processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another person;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by a controller, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

  • confidentiality, i.e. ensuring that data is available only to authorized persons,
  • integrity, i.e. ensuring the correctness and completeness of data and processing methods,
  • accessibility, i.e. ensuring that authorized persons have access to data when it is needed.

Data processing legal basis

  • consent granted;
  • contract performance;
  • fulfilment of the legal obligation to which the controller is a subject;
  • accomplishment of the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller, e.g. employer or client’s property protection.

Automated decision-making

Your personal data will not be processed by automated means, including in the form of profiling.

Personal data storage period

Your personal data storage period will depend on the purpose of their processing. Your personal data storage period is calculated based on the following criteria:

  • laws which may obligate ZAMET Group to store data for a specific period of time;
  • period which is required to protect the data controller’s interests;
  • period required by ZAMET Group to provide services;
  • period for which the consent has been granted.

Data recipients

Your data may be received by:

  • entities providing IT services;
  • security companies;
  • entities authorised to receive Personal Data under applicable laws;
  • ZAMET Group other companies on the basis of joint control.

Data transfer outside the European Economic Area

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organisation.

Your rights related to data processing

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectify (correct, supplement) your personal data,
  • limit the processing of or delete your data,
  • transfer the personal data which you have provided to us, i.e. receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable form and transfer the same to another controller; if technically possible, you have the right to demand that we send the personal data directly to another controller,
  • object to further processing of your personal data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of the consent will not affect legal compliance of your personal data processing carried out pursuant to the consent granted prior to its withdrawal.

In case of doubts as to the correctness of your personal data processing by ZAMET INDUSTRY, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

How do we protect your personal data?

Safety measures applied to protect your personal data are compliant with legal requirements and ensure an adequate level of data confidentiality.

Amendments to our privacy policy

ZAMET INDUSTRY reserves the right to amend the privacy policy by publishing its new content on its website. Following amendments, the privacy policy will be uploaded with a new date.

  4. Your personal data will not be processed by automated means, including in the form of profiling.
  5. You have the right to request access to, rectification and erasure of your personal data, and restriction of their processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.6. The recipients of the data may be companies providing  IT services.
  6. The data will be stored during the period of the contract, after the expiry thereof, and after the expiry of the period required to determine, pursue or defend any claimsthe right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
  7. Selected data may be made available to the following entities: services offered by IT firms, law firms, insurance companies, other entities authorized pursuant to legal provisions.
  8. Data provision is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in the procurement process and / or the conclusion and implementation of a contract or an order.
  9. Please be advised that you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

    a) identification data (name and surname)
    b) contact details (e-mail address, phone number)
    c) your job position or function.
    Your personal data has been provided directly by you or your employer / entity that you represent (hereinafter: the Administrator’s Contractor) in connection with activities related to submitting offers and orders by the Administrator’s Contractor, including and performance of contracts by the Administrator and the Administrator’s Contractor. Your personal data will be processed for contact purposes which results from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller and is required to perform the contract to which your employer is a Party; Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, related to:
    a) activities related to submitting offers and orders by the Administrator’s Counterparty
    b) conclusion, performance and monitoring of the performance of the contract, making arrangements on behalf of the Parties and taking other actions indicated in the contract between the Administrator and the Administrator’s Contractor.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator of Art. 6 clause 1 lit. c Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council – Labor Code and consent of art. 6 clause 1 lit. a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
  6. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
  7. Your personal data will be stored until the end of the recruitment procedure, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitment procedures until the consent is withdrawn. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time by e-mail to the following address protection@zametsa.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  8. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
  9. Providing your personal data in the scope resulting from art. 22¹ of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data by you is voluntary.
  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

Cookie policy

In order to improve the functionality of our Page, in particular by adjusting it to the individual needs of Users, the Administrator uses cookie files, that is short text and numeric information, which are saved by the computer system on the User’s computer system (on a computer, on a phone or other device on which the User visits our Page) while browsing the Page. These files allow for identifying such a device later, and consequently for identifying the User, in the case of visiting our Page in the future.

Cookies collect information about User’s activity on our Page. Their main purpose is to make it easier for the User to use our Page, to adjust the contents of our Page to User’s preferences. They allow for recognising the User’s Device and displaying a web page tailored to his/her individual needs. Functional cookies – allow for “remembering” User’s settings.

Performance cookies – allow for collecting information on how the Page is being used.

Permanent cookies – are stored on User’s device and remain there for the time specified in the file parameters or until they are manually removed by the User.

Cookies are used on our Page with User’s consent. The consent may be expressed by the User through appropriate settings of the web browser used to view our Page. The User can at any time revoke or change the extent of the prior consent to allow the cookies used on our Page and remove them from his/her browser. The User can at any time block or limit access of cookies to his/her device and permanently delete the files already saved. The Administrator declares that blocking or restricting the access of cookies to User’s device may adversely affect the ability to use some of the functions of the Page, and ensures that storing cookies on User’s device does not cause any configuration changes both in the device and its software.

Cookie files do not contain information that constitutes Users personal data.
