Heavy Machinery

Zamet Industry offers the production of steel structural elements for heavy machines, as well as OEM equipment for excavators, loaders, dump trucks and other specialized heavy machinery dedicated to the civil building industry and hard rock surface mines. Our capabilities in this area cover welding of materials from typical S355 steels through S690, Weldox, and abrasion-resistant steels such as Hardox or Corodur.

Our offer includes:

Backward bucket

We manufacture backhoe buckets for all types of excavators, loaders and backhoe loaders intended for digging in all types of soil, including rocks.

Grapples

We manufacture grippers for lifting and carrying various, not always standard materials.

Load platforms (tipping skips)

We can offer steel loading platforms of various sizes and shapes, which are used in the transport of many types of materials.

Undercarriages

We offer undercarriages of various sizes and shapes for excavators, loaders and other wheeled machines, also made of increased tensile strength steel, used for the most demanding applications. Advanced production and assembly processes ensure high precision and quality of the assembled elements.

Revolving frames

We implement designs of revolving frames for excavators, loaders and other heavy machines, that increase the strength and reduce stresses of machines.

Dear Contractors of Zamet Industry,

We inform you that a state of epidemic threat was announced in Poland in connection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus starting on March 14, 2020. A decision was taken to cancel all mass events and to temporarily close educational establishments, shopping malls and catering facilities. The borders of Poland have been temporarily closed for foreigners.

The purpose of this letter is to provide you with information on the current situation in Zamet Industry. We would like to inform you that as of today, we are operating without any interruption - all orders are being carried out.

We ensure that we are applying the guidelines and recommendations of state authorities. We have implemented special security procedures to protect the health of our employees, customers and business partners. We will keep you updated on the situation.
