    Mostostal Chojnice plant was included in the structure of Zamet Group in 2014, as a result of the acquisition by that company the organized part of the Mostostal Chojnice S.A. – bankrupted company.

    Zamet Budowa Maszyn S.A. with its registered office in Tarnowskie Góry has also its plant in Bytom. It was established on the basis of the mechanical department of the former Huta Zygmunt S.A., with its place of residence in Bytom.
