Metal cutting

Hydraulics systems

In our plant, we not only make complicated steel structures, but we can also offer equipping the structure with hydraulic systems.

Machining

Many years of experience and technical capabilities in the field of steel processing allow us to provide ready-made elements in accordance with the customer provided technical documentation for companies from many industries.

Our machine park allows us to make both small-size details and large-size elements.

The extensive knowledge of our specialists allows us to implement prototype, unit and small-lot production. We machine tool steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals.

Electric control systems

As part of the project, our team of engineers and specialists can equip constructions with electrical control systems.

Welding

Welding in Zamet Industry is based on the Welding Technological Instructions (WPS), developed on the basis of the welding technologies implemented according to EN ISO 15614-1, NORSOK M-101, DNVGL rules, LR, and other customer conditions.

We offer welding according to ISO 4063 in methods 135, 136, 138, 141. For longitudinal welds, submerged arc welding technology (121) and “mixed” 135/121 technology are used. Zamet has experience in the production of steel structures belonging to material groups 1,2,3,7, 8 and 10 according to ISO / TR 15608.

Factory acceptance tests

In addition to standard test assemblies, we also offer functional tests of devices and structures.

The offer includes:

  • Movement tests of mechanisms (driving, lifting, hydraulic, electric, etc.);
  • Load tests of structures and their lifting points, taking into account customer guidelines as well as norms and conventions such as: DNVGL-ST-E273 (DNV 2.7-3), DNVGL-ST-E271 (DNV 2.7-1), EN ISO 10855 (EN 12079), EN ISO 13628-4, NORSOK R-002, LR Code for Lifting Appliances in a Marine Environment, ILO 152;
  • Tightness tests of closed structures (low pressure);
  • Development of detailed functionality testing procedures (Factory Acceptance Testing) based on customer guidelines or general procedures;

Anticorrosion

We provide professional anticorrosion protection for steel equipment and structures, most of which are used in environments with a high corrosivity category, mainly in the marine atmosphere and in immersion.

Anticorrosion works are carried out under the supervision of the Injector FROSIO Level III – certified in accordance with the requirements of Norwegian Standard NS 476. We work with companies that carry out spray metallization, immersion metallization as well as phosphate and PTFE coatings.

NDT testing

The Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory conducts Visual (VT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Powder (MT, MPI), Penetration (PT, LPI) tests in accordance with PN-EN ISO 17635: 2017-02 as well as in accordance with the conditions, regulations, customer specifications. (Norsok, VGS, EGT etc.)

NDT personnel has second degree qualifications (level 2) in PN-EN ISO 9712: 2012 We work on NDT procedures written and approved by third degree personnel (level 3). We have:

 

  • Ultrasonic flaw detectors manufactured by Krautkrämer (USN 50, USM 25S, USM 35XS) and Olympus Epoch 600,
  • Certified ultrasound standards No. 1 and No. 2, own DAC standards from native materials,
  • Alternating current (AC) magnetic yokes Parker B300S and GKN-59 MY-2,
  • Certified research means – spray (cleaner, primer, suspension, penetrant, developer) also in UV versions,
  • Other equipment necessary to control the parameters of the devices and the proper conduct of tests. We base our knowledge on courses and training in:
  • IS – Instytut Spawalnictwa Gliwice
  • TÜV – TÜV Rheinland Polska Sp z o.o.

3D measurement

We carry out 3D measurements of large-size constructions with the Leica Laser Tracker AT 403 measuring range from 0.8m to 80m.

We also carry out measurements of smaller components using a Romer measuring arm type 7530, with a measuring range of up to 3m. We use PC-Dmis 2018 software to analyze the measurement results. Measurements requiring lower accuracy are performed using an Leica TDA 5005 industrial total station with software DCP-05, total station measuring range is 120m.
